3.2 Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle. You authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable renewal fees.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.

Affiliates may promote our services and receive commissions for referred customers who make qualifying purchases.

4.2 Affiliate Obligations

Affiliates must:

  • Represent the Company honestly and ethically.
  • Avoid misleading or deceptive marketing.

We reserve the right to remove any affiliate and withhold commissions for violations of these Terms.

All content, trademarks, graphics, software, and other intellectual property provided by Alpha and Omega Signals Limited are the property of the Company or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to:

  • Share your subscription login or private content with unauthorised users.
  • Reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without express permission.
  • Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

  1. Commissions

For a Product sale to be eligible to earn a referral fee, the customer must click-through a special affiliate link from your site, email, or other communications to https://aosignals.com and complete an order for a product during that session.

We will only pay commissions on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our systems. We will not pay commissions if someone says they purchased or someone says they entered a referral code if it was not tracked by our system. We can only pay commissions on business generated through properly formatted special links that were automatically tracked by our systems.

We reserve the right to disqualify commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.
